Who We Are
My daughter Grace and I live with an autoimmune dis-ease called Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Eating at restaurants and on the go has always been a challenge for us. We share a passion in creating delicious meals that fuel our bodies, optimize our immune health and aide us in feeling our best and radiate positive energy. We want to offer you convenient, healthful, high vibrational foods to nourish your mind, body and spirit.
